Q&A
What is Parylene coating?

Parylene, Poly-para-xylylene, is a common name for a series of unique polymers

The Parylene coating is to form a polymer film employing the designated chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process with a highly crystalline material called Parylene.

The advantages of Parylene coating
  • Parylene can be evenly and uniformly coated on a variety of substrates with any size and shape providing the resistance capability to moisture, corrosion, chemical solvents and saline ambient.  In addition, it also help to eleminate electrostatic charges on the surface and reduce weathering of component over time.
Where can Parylene coatings be used?

Parylene coating is widely used in electronics, defense industry, aerospace, semiconductor materials, LED, 5G products, silicone, rubber, automotive industry, ....  .  The coating process uses environmental friendly polymer materials with FDA, Green and RoHS certifications providing high quality coating to customer's products.
